Whether you are a beginner and want to make yourself more flexible and healthy, experienced in yoga and want to go deeper into your practice, or interested in meditation and philosophy, Teachers & Trainers will satisfy your needs!Milan Heights Society run yoga classes several times a week at a variety of levels and a minimum of one meditation class every week. Throughout the year we organise retreats, offering the chance go more deeply into the practice and philosophy of yoga and meditation.
